You can't beat this location with all of the downtown within walking distance to this hotel location. The main detractors were the inconsistency at the front desk. Depending who was there to greet you was either an A+ or unacceptably apathetic. This is an odd point in terms of this stay, but our rooms on the first floor you could hear the air pressure change every time the elevator was used between floors. Didn't bother everyone in our party but I had to run out and get a fan to put by the bed for some white noise. That did the trick!
I travel for work alot and pick my hotel on reviews mainly marriott because of my status. Ciara the young lady was great from the moment I came in. Kind and courteous. She a great help. My room was nice and clean. I'd recommend this place for a stay
We had to leave & check out early due to our son struggling being away from home. I spoke to Sierra & she changed the reservation so we were only charged for one night instead of three. She was truly wonderful & took a load of stress off my shoulders! Our room was perfect, the pool area is clean & the pool isn't overloaded with chlorine, I believe it's actually salt. Breakfast had a fantastic assortment of foods. Truly a step above the rest! Every staff member we interacted with provided great hospitality. 10/10 recommend
Stayed here for 5 nights visiting from the UK for Road America Indycar. The hotel is clean and tidy inside and out. There is plenty of parking available, including those for disabled customers. The rooms are large with good amenities. The shower was OK, my room had a full-size fridge, hob and dishwasher. Basic kitchen utensils are also included. The staff were polite but could have been more engaging. Most of the time, when I was entering or leaving, the reception desk was empty. There isn't a lot to do locally, I personally wouldn't stay here without my own transportation.
